Storms rolled in hard and fast Tuesday night, bringing pounding rain and high winds across the East Coast.

At least five deaths have been reported around the country, while here at home the power is still out for thousands Wednesday morning.

The latest outage numbers now show some 70,000 PECO customers are without power in Pennsylvania. Chester County was the worst hit and still has about 27,800 customers in the dark.

About 10,000 PSE&G customers in New Jersey are without power right now. Camden was the worst hit there with some 4,400 customers doing without.

And in Delaware, Delmavara Power is reporting 1,600 outages.
