A state employee is charged with improper photography after state troopers say he used a state-issued iPhone to take video of a fellow employee.

According to court documents, 31-year-old Clifton Bryan is an information technology employee, who was asked to help with a computer issue in a state representative's office.

The documents say when Bryan asked a female employee to enter log-in information on the computer, he used his phone to record video from under her skirt.

When she saw him doing so, she reported it to Texas DPS.

Troopers say they found the footage on Bryan's iPhone.
