Posted: Updated:
ROSEMONT, Ill. (Associated Press) - Epiphanny Prince scored a season-high 30 points to help the Chicago Sky snap a four-game losing streak with a 105-100 overtime victory against the New York Liberty on Wednesday.

Prince's 3-pointer with 2:28 left in overtime gave the Sky the lead for good at 95-92, and Markeisha Gatling added two free throws after Liberty center Tina Charles fouled out.

Jessica Breland scored 22 points, Courtney Vandersloot and Gatling added 17 and Tamera Young had 11 points and a game-high 12 rebounds for the Sky (6-5).

Liberty guard Cappie Pondexter scored 12 points in the fourth quarter but missed a potential game-winner in the waning seconds of regulation, leaving it tied at 86.

Pondexter finished with a team-high 29 as New York (3-9) dropped its fourth straight and seventh in eight games. Charles had 25 points while Anna Cruz added 17.

Chicago was missing forward Elena Delle Donne for the third straight game. The league's No. 2 scorer, Delle Donne was averaging 22.3 points before a flare up of Lyme disease sidelined her.
