An Austin woman is on a mission to give a second chance to those who otherwise wouldn't be able to find a job.
Stephanie Zieman started a printing and marketing company called Taffy Print.
They aim to give jobs to people who are in drug and alcohol recovery, people just getting out of jail, or those who have nowhere else to turn because of their background.
Zieman knows first-hand that past bad decisions can come back and haunt you.
After being given a second chance, she turned her life around.
Now she wants to do the same for others.
"With my experience, I can train these people. I can relate. I'm not just going to say 'get off of drugs and things are going to get better.' I can say, 'I got off of drugs and things are better.' I don't do those things anymore and things are better,'" says Stephanie Zieman, Taffy Print, owner.
Zieman plans to hire sales people right away... they can work from home either full or part time.
"I think if more doors are open to people who really desire change, we could create an empire with people with success stories unheard of. It's not a business model that's been done before," says Zieman.
