But Guzman's arrest is raising some serious questions. One of which, is this the real El Chapo? The other is how were police able to arrest him without a single shot being fired. We talked with a filmmaker whose new document hopes to answer some of those questions.

SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (AP) -- A wildfire has broken out in the Huachuca Mountains in southeastern Arizona, prompting authorities to issue pre-evacuation orders for some areas.

Cochise County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Carol Capas says the fire started around 3:30 p.m. Saturday in lower Garden Canyon on Fort Huachuca.

Capas says the Sheriff's Office is advising residents in the Choctaw and Calle Encinas areas to gather valuables, money and medications in the event they need to evacuate.

Heidi Schewel, a spokeswoman for the Coronado National Forest, says the blaze, which is being called the Aerostat Fire, is burning grass and brush.

Schewel says she has no word yet of any structures being threatened or the fire's size.

She says Fort Huachuca encompasses some open, undeveloped areas.

Fire officials have ordered crews, engines and other resources.
