PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Three years ago she was the star of the web series "The Mormon Bachelorette" looking for love and possibly someone to share the rest of her life with.

Ashley Chapman has gone from a single girl to part of a double couple on the verge of a double wedding.

As the star of the "Mormon Bachelorette" the hope was Ashley Chapman would fall in love and marry one of many Mormon men who were vying for her heart.
But reality had a different ending one that led her on a path meet an identical twin and eventually a double wedding day.

Ashley Chapman went on some awkward dates and some good dates but at the end of the show there was no love match for the "Mormon Bachelorette".

"It just wasn't quite right, so I ended it single, unfortunately," said Chapman.

Little did she know her future husband was watching the show.

"I remember just thinking I would love to date this girl and hopefully save her from being single," said Jeffrey Linford.

Ashley and Jeffrey Linford met several years ago and chance brought them together again later.

"we ran into each other at a church function and really hit it off," she said.

Then Jeffrey and his identical twin brother Jason scripted a surprise double proposal on stage at the LDS young single adult conference.

"I completely crumbled to the floor just overcome with emotion that this was real, and it was happening finally at age 29 that made everything worth it seeing her cry it was awesome," she said.

While this was the moment Ashley had been waiting for this was a moment, another woman had not even thought of yet. At the same time Jeffrey got down on one knee Jason, mirrored his actions proposing to his girlfriend, Esther.

"We didn't talk about it, so it kind of went to the back burner," said Esther Blackham. "You can definitely see it on the video she's shocked it almost looked like she was going to say no I was happy I said yes I was like are you going to say no as I was proposing," said Jeffrey.

So far that's been the most dramatic moment in this reality show turned real double couple wedding.

The "quad", as they call themselves will have separate sealing ceremonies at the LDS temple in Gilbert and host a joint wedding reception

Ashley says she does not mind sharing her big day, now she's trading in awkward dates for married life times two.
