PHOENIX (KSAZ) - He's dubbed "Thee Ballpark Man", a trademark he bought after he toured all of the stadiums in 2002.

He plans to do it again, in a shorter period of time. He just retired from Southwest Airlines, so he gets to fly everywhere, for free.

"We've got a lot of players here, I've met through my time here at the ballparks, there's Dusty Baker, Louis Gonzales," said Thomas Kimbro as he described his collection.

Thomas Kimbro, an Arizona Diamondbacks season ticket holder, plans to visit all 29 Major League Baseball stadiums in 45 days.

"I do two in a day whenever its possible... later on tonight I'm going to take a late flight, go up to Boston, stay in Boston so I can get up early to go to Fenway Park for the early game, as soon as that game is all over with I'm going to fly out of Boston to Chicago to Wrigley Field for the night game," said Kimbro.

In 2002, Kimbro visited every MLB stadium in 68 days.

"I love Arizona here at Chase Field, I love San Francisco, Pittsburgh is a pretty ballpark," he said.

FOX 10 asked Kimbro about his wife, whether she attends the games with him. "She does not go to all of them, she's a football fanatic more than I am she loves college ball were going to try to go each weekend to NFL stadiums next year," he said.

Kimbro is also a big collector, he has 250,000 baseball cards and several signed balls.

"There's a Willy Mayes and a Barry Bonds here together,"

When asked what his most prized possession in his collection is, he replied; "My Babe Ruth autograph that I have on the wall up there".

His favorite things to eat at the ballpark is peanuts and drinking beer.
Kimbro plans to write a book, best meals to have at the ballpark, places to check out before and after the game.
