Police Arrest Delaware Man For Manufacturing Meth In Home

Delaware State Police have arrested a Clayton man accused of manufacturing Methamphetamine (Meth) in his house.

On Monday April 14, 2014 at 6:30 p.m., police responded to the 1000 block of Lion Hope Road to locate David L. Moser for some outstanding capiases out of Kent County courts.

Police say they were told by a concerned citizen that Moser may be manufacturing methamphetamine in his home. When the Kent County Governor's Task Force (GTF) arrived to home, Moser answered the door and was taken into custody without incident.

Upon conducting a search of the house, detectives located equipment and component mixtures of the manufacturing stages of Meth along with key ingredients in making the drug.

Detectives also located marijuana plants growing in a bedroom and a shed with a total weight of over 2,600 grams as well as other drug paraphernalia.

Moser was charged with two counts of Operating a Clandestine Laboratory, Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Manufacturing Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was arraigned at JP7 and committed to JTVCC on $37,850.00 cash bond.
