Georgia Power's Refrigerator Recycling Program

Have an extra fridge you don't need? Georgia Power can help.

If you are a Georgia Power residential customer you can participate in the Refrigerator Recycling Program. They'll pick up any working fridge or freezer from your home, recycle it for free, and give you $50.

The program is designed to save you money and help the environment. Georgia Power says recycling a secondary refrigerator will save you up to $150 in energy costs each year.

To schedule a free pickup call 1-866-446-9250. The refrigerator must be empty at the time of pickup.
