CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A 34-year-old woman accused, along with her parents, of stealing millions in toys to sell on eBay, will be allowed to leave her jail cell and return to her parents' $1.3 million Northbrook home.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Mason made the decision after prosecutors agreed with the terms of Julia Bogdanov's pretrial release, the Sun-Times reports.

Bogdanov was expected to be released later Tuesday from the Kane County Jail, where she is being housed because the Metropolitan Correctional Center downtown is full, officials said.

Bogdanov had hoped to be released Monday but Mason held that up after court officials informed him Bogdanov was planning to be released to a family member with a criminal background.

On Tuesday, Bogdanov's attorneys provided an alternative — she would be released to the custody of her sister. Mason asked the sister, Kristina Bogdanov, about a musket that had been in the Northbrook home where the accused would be living.

Kristina Bogdanov assured the judge that the non-working musket had been removed.
