CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Prosecutors say Allen Kustok murdered his wife, Jeannie, because he was having extramarital affairs and wanted out of his marriage.

On Monday, the first witness regarding Kustok's alleged outside interests took the stand. Her name is Bonni Gross, a Gold Coast realtor.

Gross testified that in August 2010, she was with a female friend at Gibsons on Rush when she noticed a man who looked like Bill Clinton staring at her. The man was Kustok, who then asked if he could join them for a drink.

Gross testified that over the next few days she dined with Kustok at the Rosebud Steakhouse and the Wiener Circle on Clark. However, she rejected his repeated advances, after noticing his wedding ring.

When she asked if he was married, she says Kustok told her, "It wasn't really a marriage. They were together because of the children, and would be getting a divorce." Gross testified she stopped seeing Kustok.

Seven weeks later, Jeannie Kustok was dead.

Gross is one of at least three women who are expected to testify about relationships with Kustok. He says his wife took her own life.
