Police capture 'catch me if you can" motorcyclist

Posted: Updated:

A man who recklessly rode a motorcycle through traffic at high speeds on I-35 is now in custody in San Antonio.

Alberto Rodriguez, 26, was arrested Monday afternoon. This is mug shot from a previous arrest in 2012.

He was found hiding in the back of a house after detectives tracked his stolen motorcycle to the home.

Investigators say he's the same man that posted this video of himself recklessly weaving in and out of traffic on I-35 at speeds of 100 miles per hour. Part of the caption posed with the video was "catch me if you can."

Rodriguez was wanted on three outstanding warrants: evading arrest, assault and bodily injury, and retaliation.

Police have also tacked on theft of a motorcycle. Other charges are still pending.
