Monday's Meal: Dal Profondo Del Curore

Victor Ibarra and Daniela Marcone from Andiamo Ristorante joined us in the studio to show us how to make one of their menu items that would make a great Valentine's Day meal.

Recipe: Dal Profondo Del Curore (Roasted Prawns stuffed with crab meat, wrapped in potatoes, served in a tarragon lemon sauce)

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil from Con Olio
  • Prawns
  • Crab meat
  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic
  • Tarragon
  • Lemon
  • White wine

Directions

  1. Clean the shrimps, cut them, stuff them with crab meat, roll them with potatoes, add salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, make sure the oil is hot, and add garlic.
  3. Cook the prawns in and add white wine and tarragon sauce with lemon.
