Prime 29's mac & cheese

Get this recipe courtesy of Prime 29 Steakhouse in West Bloomfield.

Ingredients:
16oz pasta
2 1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon of all purpose flower
2 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon salt
4 oz smoked gouda cheese shredded

How to cook:
Preheat oven to 375 F
Highly grease a 10 inch casserole dish
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil
Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until aldente
Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat
Stir in the flower and cook until a roux forms
Stir in the milk, salt and pepper
Constantly stir until it is smooth and thick and coats the back of a spoon
Remove from heat and stir in the cheese

Combine pasta and cheese and transfer to serving dish. bake in preheat oven for 15 minutes or until heated through
