After a holiday weekend, many kids are enjoying yet another day off! All Philadelphia public and parochial schools are closed Wednesday.

City offices are closed, as well, and if you're not essential personnel, they want you to stay home.

New Jersey and Delaware are also dealing with states of emergency.

There aren't many, but we are getting some reports of power outages throughout the area. PECO is reporting about 128 outages at this hour. Most of those are in Philadelphia.

PSE&G in New Jersey has about 140 customers without power.

AC Electric and Delmarva are both reporting scattered outages.

Hundreds of flights are canceled and delayed across the country again for Wednesday.

And if you're getting around on the ground, a lot of roads are still a mess! The frigid temps are turning some streets into a skating rink.

Most speed restrictions have been lifted, but be careful out there!

CHECK: Live Traffic Conditions

SEPTA still has some bus routes shut down as a result of the conditions.

NJ Transit is continuing to cross-honor tickets and passes system-wide.

Philadelphia International Airport had trouble throughout Tuesday, and some flights are canceled for Wednesday. Travelers are urged to contact their airlines, call 1-800-PHL-GATE or check the Philly airport website for status.

And Tuesday night's postponed ice hockey game between the Philadelphia Flyers and the Carolina Hurricanes will be played Wednesday at a special time, 6 p.m., at the Wells Fargo Center. If you had a ticket for Tuesday night's game, you can use it Wednesday night.

Stay with FOX 29 News and MyFOXPhilly.com for continuing coverage of this winter storm!
