A 16-year old is in custody following an incident in Grays Ferry.
Philadelphia Police say they were working with the State Attorney General's Office trying to serve a warrant, when officers spotted a teen with a rifle.
Investigators say the teen pointed the gun at them and an officer fired his weapon. A detective in a car crashed trying to chase down the suspect.
The people in the car are being treated for minor injuries.
