Rare Botanical Bitters Company bartender Adam Seger mixes up some holiday cocktails that you can serve at this year's Christmas party!

HOLIDAY MOJITO

Build in a Pint Glass or Large Tumbler
Dozen+ Mint Leaves Torn
Heaping Serving Spoon Cranberry Sauce (chunky is best)
2 Tablespoons Agave or Maple Syrup
1.5 Ounce El Dorado 'PM' Demerara Rum
1/2 Cup Brewed Rare Tea Cellar Autumn Harvest Cran-Apple Tea (rareteacellar.com)
Fill with Ice, Splash Sparkling Water or Prosecco, Stir, Sprig of Slapped Mint and Enjoy


GUILT-FREE EGG NOGG
Serves 4, can be doubled, halved…

In a mixing bowl with a whisk or in a jar with a tight fitting lid that can be shaken:
1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1.5 Cups Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Rare Botanical Bitters Company 'Southern Decadence' Magnolia Shrubbery (rareteacellar.com)
Serve on the rocks in punch or wine glasses. Spike each serving with 1.5 ounces Rum. We like El Dorado 15 Year for the Holidays.
