'Biggest Loser' Dolvett Quince Workout

Dolvett Quince pays a visit to Good Day LA. He is a trainer on the NBC show 'The Biggest Loser,' and has written a diet book on balancing eating right and working out.

Dolvett's book is called 'The 3-1-2-1 Diet' and says you can eat right, workout, and have a few cheat days and still lose weight. Dolvett says that a few cheat days--that's where you can eat whatever you want--are important so you don't feel deprived while during weight loss.

You can catch Dolvett on 'The Biggest Loser' on NBC on Tuesdays at 8pm, and at the website: 'The Biggest Loser'
