Report: Hilton brother suing Lohan for assault order

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Paris Hilton's brother, Barron Hilton, is reportedly taking Lindsay Lohan to court for allegedly ordering an assault on him last week during a house party in Miami.

According to TMZ.com, Hilton, 24, told cops that New Yorker and former club owner Ray Lemoine punched him in the face Friday morning.

Older sister Paris, posted a photo to Instagram of a bloodied Barron.

The caption read: 'No one f---- with my family and gets away with it!!'

The NY Daily News reported on Monday that LeMoine was trying to "flee" to Cuba because he fears for his safety.

"I'm scared of the Hiltons and Paris' Cash Money crew [she has a recording deal with the company], so I am seeking refuge in Cuba," he claimed and the DN reported.

The beat-down allegedly occurred when Barron refused to leave the house party.

LeMoine says Lohan is 100 percent innocent, reports TMZ.
