A woman says an AISD teacher attacked her in a fit of road rage Monday night.
It happened at Paredes Middle School.
Amber Morales, a mother of four, is covered with injuries. Her nose has a cut on it. She's got bruises around her face and head. There are fingerprint bruises on one of her arms. She also has cuts and bruises on her back.
She says while on her way to pick up her son from soccer practice Monday, she noticed a driver making aggressive moves. She pulled into Paredes Middle School where her son is enrolled.
That aggressive driver she says went to the same parking lot. She says he confronted her, yelling profanities even spitting at her.
"He hit me in the head with his laptop three times. That's when we started to fight. I pushed him back to get him off me. He grabbed me by my head and hit my head on the car door and then proceeded to punch me in the face five and 10 time," Morales said.
AISD Police Chief Eric Mendez says they've got to investigate both accounts of what happened to determine if any charges need to be filed
"Everyone has a different side of the story so we have to work through what everyone has to say to determine the actual truth," AISD Police Chief Eric Mendez said.
In the meantime, the male Paredes Middle School Teacher is on paid administrative leave.
Officers are not identifying him at this time.
