  • Two, avoid having a night cap.
  • And three, avoid stimulating foods, like sugar or carbohydrates before bed.

As a bonus, to help you get some shut-eye, experts say do these things:

Take a hot bubble bath, read a good book, and stick to a normal bedtime.
