Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged two men in connection with the murder of a Wayne State Law student, Tiane Brown.
Editor's Note: The men are not charged with Brown's murder.

Michael Booker, 41, is charged with Tampering with Evidence; Larceny from a Motor Vehicle; Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property under $1,000; Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle under $1,000; and two counts of Assault and Battery.

Robert Windsor, 34, is charged with Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property under $1,000.

These suspects are the two persons of interest police initially had in custody. It's believed the men stumbled upon the Brown's vehicle, stole items and did not alert the police of Brown's body.

Booker and Windsor are expected to be arraigned by video in 34th District Court in Romulus at 11:00 a.m. on November 2, 2013.
