PHILADELPHIA -

A school bus struck and killed a young woman Tuesday morning in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.

SkyFOX was over the scene where the incident occurred around 10:50 a.m. at Frankford Avenue and Aldine Street.

Police said the female became pinned beneath the yellow school bus, which was labeled "Durham School Services."

Emergency responders are there and police are investigating, but so far there have been no ambulance transports from the scene.

No one was on the bus other than the driver, police said.

FOX 29's Bruce Gordon is out at the scene and will have a live report on the FOX 29 News at 5 p.m.
