Lisa Rice, from OneClamHappy.com, joined Loriana in the Good Day kitchen to show her a few healthy treats made from all-natural ingredients.
Recipe: Cinnamon "Cookie Dough" Balls
bars: Take small scoops of the dough (a couple teaspoons in size) and roll in
your hand. Repeat until you have rolled
all of the dough.
Refrigerate for an hour or more until chilled.
Can also press into pan and make bars instead.
