Detroit police: Missing 11-year-old boy found safe

DETROIT (WJBK) -

UPDATE: Police say Andrew has been recovered and is safe.

Detroit police are searching for a missing 11-year-old boy. Andrew Walker was last seen by a family member on the 19000 block of Appleton around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

Andrew is 4 feet 5 inches, weighs 90 lbs, and has black hair and a medium brown complexion.

He was last seen wearing gray and orange shorts and a white long sleeve t-shirt. Andrew left home fearing he may get in trouble from an incident that occurred earlier in the day.
