Health insurance enrollment centers open across Texas

Even with the federal government partially shutdown, health insurance enrollment centers are opening their doors across Texas and the rest of the country.

FOX 7's Daniel Armbruster reported live from Austin's main enrollment center at Highland Mall, where trained staff are on hand to help people enroll in one of the program's many health insurance plans.
