During the month of September, TAP at MGM Grand Detroit will celebrate its first anniversary. Also, breakfast is on the menu daily from 7-11 a.m.

Ingredients:
5 oz.  Hash Browns
1.5 oz Red and Green peppers
2 Fried Eggs
5 oz. Shaved Ribeye
1 oz. Swiss Cheese
2 slices of Toast
1/2 oz. Oil
1 oz. Caramelized Onions
Salt and Pepper for Taste

Method:
Place hash brown in skillet.  Sauté peppers and onions.  Add Shaved Ribeye.  Top with Swiss Cheese.  Add two fried eggs on top with the toast.
