NEW YORK (AP) - New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg did not take kindly to questions from reporters who asked him to reflect as his three terms in office near an end.
According to The New York Times , Bloomberg told reporters at a news conference Wednesday that he has 104 days left. And he said his administration continues to work as a hard as it can.
He made the comments after a reporter suggested that the urban renewal project he was announcing in Manhattan's Lower East Side might be 1 of his last initiatives as mayor.
Bloomberg shot back: "Why would you assume that? You probably wrote that after the second term we wouldn't do anything."
He continued that his administration has done more in its third term than in the first and second.
