Austin police have made more arrests in the case of a 13-year-old girl being repeatedly sexually assaulted.

APD records show the 13 year-old girl ran away from the Settlement Home, a transitional living facility that also provides foster care on June 29.

The 13-year-old victim told police she was brought here, to the 9300 block of Northgate Boulevard where she was sexually assaulted by 10 to 13 men.

Police say she was approached by three Hispanic men in a white car near the intersection of Payton Gin Road and Galewood Drive, and then brought to the Avalon Palms Apartments.

The teen victim told police she was taken to apartment number 292 where Ortega forced himself on her as the other 7 to 10 men cheered him on and recorded the assault on their cell phones. All the other men took turns having sex with her as well.

A forensic exam review of injuries consistent with the victims claims.

Police say 24 year-old Juan Lozano Ortega and 26-year-old Edgar Perez, 20-year-old Ruben Manzano-Guerrero, 27-year-old Michael Garcia, Jr., 34-year-old Ruben Vega, 34-year-old Jose Mendez-Hernandez, and 21-year-old Mauricio Carranco have all been charged in the case.
