Motorcycle accident in Clarkston caught on police dash cam video

CLARKSTON, Mich. (WJBK) -

A dramatic accident put a 19-year-old man in the hospital. The impact was caught on police dash cam video.

It happened Friday just before 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Sashabaw and Waldon in Clarkston.

Andra Mitchell was riding his motorcycle when Brian Blaga is accused of making a left turn and slamming his pickup truck into the bike sending Mitchell flying.

Mitchell is in stable condition.

Blaga is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He is on a tether, and has been ordered to stay away from drugs and alcohol while he awaits trial.
