SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -

Two men are dead after shootings in Scottsdale Tuesday -- first at an apartment complex, and then a short time later at a business.

Reports of a gunman on the loose in north Scottsdale Tuesday morning put police on high alert there. The gunman was spotted at two locations -- an apartment complex, and then a business complex.

Scottsdale police tell us that gunman was the estranged husband of a woman who worked at the office complex.

He first went to the Broadstone apartment complex where her new boyfriend lived.

"I woke up to a bunch of cops running to their cars this morning and heading that way," said resident Sandra Sztremer.

Police say shortly before 10 a.m., a gunman, now identified as 47-year-old Scott Jablonsky of Chandler, shot his wife's boyfriend, 45-year-old Louis Des Coteas.

"We were called about a man injured on the stairwell and someone heard a gunshot," said Scottsdale Police Officer Dave Pubins.

When officers got here they found the victim. Des Coteas had died of his wounds.

While investigating this shooting, they were called to a few blocks away on reports of a gunman at Raintree Corporate Office Center.

Jablonsky had traveled less than a half mile to the nearby office complex, where we we've been told his estranged wife works.

Police say Jablonsky shot and killed himself in the employee break room. Word of the murder-suicide spread quickly through the apartment complex.

"I actually heard a love triangle that somebody came here hurt someone else and then drove off and hurt themselves down the street," said Sztremer.

There are many offices that have space at the corporate center there.

We are told that Jablonsky, his estranged wife, and her boyfriend all work for the same company, but we have not confirmed which company that is.
