PHOENIX -

From rope swings, to lazy rivers and waterfalls, when the temperatures heat up, valley residents turn to their amazing backyard pools to cool off.

We've scoured Facebook and Twitter and asked for your photos and suggestions.  We talked with friends and we got with pool builders and we found some amazing backyard pools here in the valley!

Video: FOX 10's Jill Monier reports.

On July 23, Jill will show us more amazing pools, including one that can be operated from an iPhone and another that features a koi pond.
