Austin Police say the body they discovered on the 18th floor of the 360 Condominiums on Neuces and 3rd Streets Monday night belongs to 36-year-old David Villarreal.

Around 10 Monday night, police got a call to check on Villarreal. Friends were worried because they hadn't seen him in a while. When officers arrived, they found his body of the 36-year-old inside his own condo, with obvious trauma. There was no sign of forced entry.

Police are also releasing a vague description of a possible suspect. He is a white man in his 20's or 30's, slender, with a medium build.

The general manager of the 360 Condos say there are 90 cameras inside and outside the high-rise. They are also on all the elevators. Police say thanks to the sophisticated surveillance system, they've got a good image of the suspect.

Terry Arterburn, General Manager of 360 Condominiums says he notified residents of the incident. He emailed FOX 7 a statement and it reads in part, "...The resident was a model citizen of the 360. Our hearts go out to his family and it is indeed a loss to the 360 community..."

FOX 7 also talked to David Garrido, the owner of Garrido's Restaurant, which is two doors down from 360 Condos. He says he is a little concern someone was killed in the high-end and quiet neighborhood but he is proactive about safety.

"We have cameras and I'm always here making sure nothing out of the ordinary happens, we try to be very careful," says Garrido.

An autopsy is expected Wednesday morning, when this case could be reclassified a murder. Police are also expecting to release surveillance footage of the suspect as well.
