GLENDALE, Ariz. -

Police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex near 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Road that left one man injured late Tuesday night.

Glendale police say they got several calls about someone with a gun and shots fired. When they arrived, they found a man in his late teens or early 20's with a gunshot wound.

They say he was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The man told police he was on the phone, standing next to his car in the parking lot, when a white/beige four-door Saturn pulled up next to him.

According to the man, two Hispanic men were in the car. The passenger allegedly got out of the car, racked a shotgun and demanded the man's chain necklace.

The man told police he ran and was allegedly shot once by a suspect.

Police say they are working several leads in the case, but no arrests have been made.
