Grilled peach slices
Heirloom tomato slices
Extra virgin olive oil
Peach balsamic vinegar
Recipe for House made Mozzerella:
Crumble mozzarella curd and cover with salted water at 185F.
Lift with wooden spoon until smooth, them form with hands into appropriate shape and drop in ice water.
Remove from ice water when cooled and slice.
