Jack Allen's Kitchen parking lot attack vehicle passengers
Austin Police are looking for a man they say beat up a man trying to park his truck in the parking lot of Jack Allen's Kitchen on Highway 71 in early April.
According to the investigators the attack took place just after 9:00 PM on April 4.
Police say the victim was driving a truck pulling a flatbed trailer. The victim was attempting to pull into the parking lot of the restaurant when a white SUV was pulling in behind the truck. The victim asked the driver of the SUV to back up so he could make a wider turn into the parking lot.
Investigators say that a male passenger in the backseat of the SUV got out of the vehicle and proceeded to severely beat the driver of the truck. The SUV then fled the scene.
In addition to the elderly white male driver of the SUV, an older white female with dark hair was a passenger in the front seat and a white female with blonde hair was seated in the back seat.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20's. He is 5'10" and weighed approximately 240 pounds. He had a bald or shaved head. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black jacket with red and white lettering on it.
Police have only said the suspect vehicle is a white SUV of unknown make and model.
