PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia police are searching for the driver of a minivan they believe was involved in a weekend hit-and-run that left a North Philadelphia woman in critical condition.

"My head and my back hurt. I can't even move" said Deborah Johnson from her hospital bed at Einstein Medical Center.

She can barely talk, but in a video taken by family members in the hospital, Johnson wants the driver who hit her to see her face and hear her voice.

"Look what you did to me. I can't even move" said Johnson, 59, speaking to the camera.

Johnson was standing at a bus stop outside the Days Inn on Roosevelt Boulevard and Garland Avenue about 11 p.m. on Saturday night. Investigators say a minivan crossed the a lane of traffic and hopped the curb, hitting Johnson and sending her flying. She landed on the pavement 15 feet away. The driver took off.

"He actually got out of the car. Looked at her. Got back into the van and left" said Johnson's cousin, Barbara Cook.

Johnson was left for dead and is now recovering from a broken leg, ruptured spleen and head injuries.

Her family believes this may have been an accident but are hoping the driver comes clean and turns himself in.

"One thing it could mean, they have no conscience. The second thing is maybe they panicked" said Cook.

Police are now reviewing surveillance video from the area and are on the lookout for a tan 2009 Chevy Venture minivan. In the meantime, a widow and grandmother has questions for the driver.

"I want to tell him why he hit me? And why he didn't stop?

If you have any information on the hit and run, please call Philadelphia Police.

Video games may be pure fantasy, but a violent action-adventure game called "Watch Dogs" has ignited a very real debate in one South Jersey community. Watch Dog allows players to adopt the persona of a James Bond-like computer hacker, chasing an evil mastermind. People say it's chock-full of foul language, sex and violence, features dark and foreboding backdrops. The latest version, which is due out this fall may be set in Camden.
