Partial building collapse in Brooklyn

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Two workers were hurt, one seriously, when a building under construction in Brooklyn partially collapsed.

It took place at a private house at Avenue D and East 95th Street in Canarsie.

Crews were installing cinder blocks on the second floor when a temporary plywood flooring gave out.

All of workers at the scene have been located.

The New York City Buildings department issued a full Stop Work Order for the construction site while it investigates the incident.
