New Castle Police Arrest Man For Making Terroristic Bomb Threat At Courthouse

Martin Brand, 56, City of New Castle, DE
A New Castle, Delaware man is under arrest for allegedly yelling he was going "to bomb this place" after he was denied entry into the new castle County Courthouse.
Martin Brand, 56, is accused of making terroristic threats while in the front lobby of the courthouse. He was denied entry because of a cell phone he was carrying. Officers arrested Brand without incident.
He was arraigned and is currently out on bail awaiting a hearing.
