CHANDLER, Ariz. -
A woman and her boyfriend were arrested for allegedly breaking into a home near Arizona Avenue and Elliot Road on Feb. 26.
Police say 35-year-old Michelle Hinsley, her boyfriend, Manuel Saldate Moreno, and another unknown white man kicked in the doors to the home, forcing their way inside.
Moreno allegedly punched the homeowner in the mouth after they entered. Police say the man feared for his life and wasn't sure if he was going to be stabbed or shot.
According to officers, Moreno told Hinsley to "take whatever you want babe." They took a laptop, microwave oven, Playstation 2 video game system, a carpet shampoo cleaner, the victim's wallet, ID and credit cards.
The homeowner gave the names of the suspects and later identified Hinsley and Moreno in a photo lineup.
Hinsley and Moreno were arrested Wednesday and face charges of aggravated robbery, kidnapping and aggravated assault.
