Williamson County authorities have charged a man after they say he shook an 11-month-old baby until the child went limp.
On Feb. 21, an 11-month-old girl was transported to Dell's Children's Hospital with severe brain swelling and subdural hemorrhage. Doctors informed authorities the injuries were non accidental.
The baby's mother recorded a phone call with Joe Bob Crow where he admitted to shaking the baby because she was screaming. He said he shook her to get her attention and then she went limp.
Crow has been charged with injury to a child.
