FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) - A group of immigrant rights activists braved cold temperatures and some snow Saturday to rally outside of Flagstaff's City Hall.

Around 60 people - from illegal immigrants to members of lesbian and gay organizations - turned out for the event. They shared stories about their personal experiences with discrimination.

Alexandra Samarron of Arizona Dreamers in Action says the effort was aimed at exposing the struggles of the immigrant community.

Saturday's rally was just 1 of dozens of events planned around the country during the month of March.
