Ike's Chicken Ghallabah

2 oz. olive oil
8 oz. chicken breast sliced thin
3 oz.  onion (julienned)
3 oz. Green pepper, 3 oz. red pepper, 3 oz yellow pepper (all julienned)
3 oz. sliced mushroom
2 oz. diced tomato
Pinch salt, oregano, and pepper
2 oz. garlic sauce
4 oz. chicken stock

Sautee chicken when chicken is almost done add onion, peppers, mushrooms. Sautee for 2 minutes.
Add tomato cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock and spices and garlic sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with rice pilaf.
