Debating reaction in an active shooter situation

We've told you in the past how some experts say the number of active shooter situations have been increasing in recent years.

Now training programs for how to react to an active shooter are popping up across the country and in some cases the dialogue is changing.

Some say instead of running and hiding civilians should engage the shooter and try to take him down.
