A Travis County jury is deciding the fate of 25-year-old Gabrielle Nestande.
Nestande is charged with failure to stop and render aide, intoxication manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide in the death of Courtney Griffin.
Griffin was killed while walking home on Exposition Boulevard May 27, 2011. A death, Nestande actually admitted in court she was responsible for.
