Teen charged for Facebook terror threat against school

An 18-year-old has been charged after police say he posted a
threat on his Facebook page to shoot up a school.
Police say Justin R. Carter posted "…I think I'ma shoot up a
Kindergarten and watch the blood of innocent rain down and eat the beating
heart of one of them."
During the investigation Police learned that Carter resides
within 100 yards of an Austin ISD elementary school.
Carter has been charged with terroristic threat, a third
degree felony.
