Job Creation, Deficit Among Topics In Obama's State Of The Union

WASHINGTON -

President Obama is set to deliver the first State of the Union of his second term Monday night at 9 p.m.

The White House confirms the President will announce that 34,000 U.S. troops will return home from Afghanistan by this time next year - that's half of the American force there.

The President is expected to address domestic issues, from the economy to education.

Obama is also expected to expand on the themes he outlined in his inaugural address last month.
