Caught on camera, a car drives into a window at an Austin business in the middle of the day with many people inside.
Right now the front window at 'Austin Skinny Limits' is boarded up after the driver of a car plowed right into it, Friday.
Surveillance video supplied by 'Austin Skinny Limits' shows the car pulling in, the driver appears to prepare to park, when all of a sudden the car speeds up over the sidewalk and right into the side of the building. The glass of the front window shattered.
Witnesses said it sounded like a bomb went off when the car came through.
"I hear what I thought was an explosion and I turned around immediately and the glass was cascading down, both inside and outside the store," said Larry Frieden.
'Austin Skinny Limits' is a family owned and operated juice and smoothie business. The owners told FOX 7 they do plan to put in parking barriers to ensure it doesn't happen again.
