
Hays County authorities arrested two suspects involved in an aggravated robbery attempt in Buda, TX on Thursday.
At around 9:16 a.m., the Hays County Sheriff's Office was notified of an aggravated robbery in the 300 block of Mourning Dove Lane. According to police reports, the victim of the robbery claimed that two Hispanic males had robbed him, and then fired a gun at him as they fled the scene.
Hays County Sheriff's Officers gave chase as the suspects fled in a vehicle. Officers continued to pursue the suspects on foot after the two men abandoned the vehicle. One suspect, 29-year-old Gary Zuniga was quickly apprehended, and the second suspect, 24-year-old Justin Anthony Hernandez was caught at around 11:00 a.m.
Both suspects were transported to the Hays County Sheriff's Office.
