A Manor High School Student is facing charges after he threatened to kill the Assistant Principal, according to authorities.
Travis County Officials say 19-year-old Juan Jesus Becerra was suspended from school on Monday morning. Manor Assistant Principal advised Becerra to leave the campus.
Becerra returned to the campus approximately 15 minutes later and caused a disturbance in the cafeteria. As he was being arrested and removed from campus by deputies, Becerra screamed "You're lucky I don't have a gun and I'll come back and kill you."
Becerra has been charged with retaliation, a third degree felony.
